No one has ever made a complaint directlly to me about Bob Sluss. Bob has been tuning pianos for me since 1992. He is also one of only three piano technicians on contract at the University of Florida Shool of Music. In addition, Mr. Sluss is self employed and is free to make business and technical decisions without the intervention of Parramore Pianos.

I suggest the "unkown" person who wrote the previous review call me to discuss your experience with Mr. Sluss, 352-264-0003.

I don't like the tuner Bob Sluss at all. We were given a price from phone. The piano is in excellent condition. After arriving and very little touch with the piano, he said he need to charge more because of our of tone of the piano.
The seller telll us she tones it every half year. My friend who is a pianoist checked it before he came...
He is not a person that you would like to trust.
