This facility and A-Major located in Waukegan, Illinois are my music stores. I stop in whenever I come to visit my family in Westerville. I need a special piece of sheet music they come through. There is sometimes a delay but only for the distance and whether or not music I desire is on hand. They are busy many times I visit but they welcome me and serve me very well. Thanks Colonial Music. Dave Allen  By Rick M from Westerville, OH Posted Sep 4, 2009 Not great when it was Colonial and much worse after bought out by Music & Arts. Simple repairs of a rented instrument took several trys. When I tried to use credits for one rental it never got done and I gave up. The second one took approximately 10 months. They would never call back. Have documented dozens of call. Don't go there.
