The staff don't have a clue about what they're selling. Seems every time I go in I'm educating the guy at the counter. I asked him to give me the best set of strings in the house. I brought them home and put them on.. They are the worst strings I've ever used! Flashback is full of useless junk. Everything is overpriced, low quality and your money is higher priority to them than good service. You're better off driving an extra 15 minutes to a reputable store like Guitar Center of even that new place in Frenchtown Mall.
