I studied jazz guitar with Paul for about 5 years and he was one of the best instructors I ever had. I later took lessons from Emily Remlar who was quite impressed with his lesson plans that I shared with her. She even commented about what a great teacher he was!

Paul is a great teacher, very knowledgeable and provides a great atmosphere for learning.

Paul Marin Music Studio + Review
Franklyn Sq, NY

Pros:
Cheap Prices - Easy going Owner

Negative:
Instructors are young, inexperience and
lack formal music training.
They will teach a riff or try to impress your child
with a progression - but that's it!

Your child will learn nothing and
lose interest due to poorly trained instructors.

Mr. Marino was self taught, he plays by ear (a special gift)
and has no formal music training nor a college degree.

I wish I had known this before wasting $565 on
terrible music lessons.

Plus another $785 for an instrument

If your music teachers is not certified, or fails to
posse a college degree in music from an accredited school
my advice is to move on and keep looking.

Thank you.
